Needs survey is prepared

Pretty Beach and Wagstaffe Progress Association has prepared a Recreational Needs Survey for the use of land in Maitland Bay Dr.

The association has been lobbying Gosford Council for over five years to upgrade a large site, which has been used as a Council dump although the land is zoned open space/recreation.

The last Council voted $10,000 towards upgrading the site for the recreational needs of the Peninsula but currently the council's recreational services section is recommending that this not proceed.

As a result, the association prepared a Recreational Needs Survey which has been distributed to local residents.
