Improvements are made

A number of improvements have been made to Umina Beach Public School over the holiday period.

New steps have been added to the primary playground and old railway sleepers have been removed, concrete surfaces have been repaired and trip hazards have been removed.

The arrival and set up of an additional classroom also occurred over the holiday period and will be utilised by Stage 2 and 3 during literacy and numeracy groups.

The installation of a security fence is also expected this financial year and will further improve the protection of the school's resources.
