Floorball club starts park run leaderboard

The Peninsula Floorball Club has started a "leaderboard" of times of club members to complete the five-kilometre Woy Woy Park Run.

Times recorded so far are: Jye Hughes 20:22, Louis Jeremy 21:27, Hayden Boyd 22:53, Joshua McAskill 24:26, Jacob Hunt 27:26, Evie Mortensen 28:35 and Amanda Bartrim 30:35.

There will be prizes for the two best times in the women's and men's division plus a captain's choice award.

Parkrun is a free community event which takes place every Saturday morning, where entrants can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate.

Any club member unable to participate in an official Park Run may can record a five kilometre run on Strava instead.
