Grant for water tanks
Woy Woy Public School has secured a grant of $45,013 in round four of the NSW Government's Central Coast Water Savings Fund for a water harvesting project at the school.
The school will use the money to install a water tank for watering the school community garden.
A water tank system will also be used for flushing the school's toilets to minimise the use of town water.
