Central Coast softball champions

The Ettalong Public School boys' softball team recently became the Central Coast champions of the NSW PSSA knockout competition.

The team defeated Woy Woy South, Niagara Park, Empire Bay, Holgate and Tuggerawong in order to reach round seven of the competition.

Team coach Mr Brendan Pankhurst said that the boys had some close battles along the way but had played well and deserved their title.

The boys will now travel to the North Coast to play the next round as the Central Coast representatives.
