Public education awards presented at Ettalong

Ettalong Public School's assistant principal and its parents' association treasurer have been presented with Public Education Award.

School principal Ms Lynn Balfour said it was her pleasure to present the awards.

"Cathy Kelly who is our P and C treasurer, and is also a dedicated canteen volunteer, was deservedly recognised for her efforts for the Ettalong school community.

"Adam Penberthy, our popular assistant principal who supervises Years One and Two students and staff, was also recognised for his professionalism and ongoing dedication to our school," she said.

"I congratulate and thank them both."
