Peninsula Village development to start in March
Extensions to the Peninsula Village aged care facilities in Pozieres Ave, Umina, are expected to start in March.
"We have now selected the builder who will undertake the development of our approved new aged care facility on Pozieres Ave," said chief executive Mr Shane Neaves.
"We will be announcing this appointment shortly with a view to a March construction commencement.
"We are also delighted to continue work on the refurbishment of the Pam Palmer House area, with the development application now approved for new staff rooms, a tea house and wellness and community hall.
"New lifts are also being installed in the coming months and we look forward to continue to plan for our residents now and into the future to ensure the safety and convenience for all," he said.
