Jo receives appreciation award

Ms Jo Baillie from Umina Beach Public School has received an Award of Appreciation at an Education Week assembly.

The ceremony was held at Berkeley Vale recently.

Ms Baillie was acknowledged for her dedication and tireless effort in supporting staff, students and community members at Umina Beach Public School in understanding and building knowledge in aboriginal education.

She has implemented and initiated programs and provides opportunities for all students to participate in meaningful learning experiences at school and in the wider community.
