Council building restaurant plan
An amendment to change the use of the Peninsula Recreation Precinct building from community building to restaurant is currently on public exhibition.
The section 96 amendment which, if approved, will see the building able to be used as a restaurant is on public exhibition until Wednesday, May 8.
The building was initially constructed in 2010 with the aim of being available for hire by community groups, corporate groups and individuals for meetings, art classes, children's birthday parties and the like.
