Yoga and stress management
The Peninsula Women's Health Centre will begin a yoga and stress management group on Wednesday, February 20.
The group will be held over six weeks each Wednesday from 1pm to 3pm.
The group is a gentle and easy, designed to bring balance and harmony into the participants' daily lives.
The group is aimed at women who are new to yoga or have limited movement.
