Win without cars
The newspapers are full of advice from experts and laymen on how to cut the road toll.
But really, the answer is simple, don't buy a car, don't even look at one.
Travel by train, bus, pushbike or walk.
If you live in the country, get a horse.
Think of all the money you would save, plus less global warming and less stress for police, ambulances and hospitals.
No cars are a win-win situation.
