Boat raffle drawn

The winner of the Royal Volunteer Coastal Patrol's annual boat raffle was drawn at Deepwater Plaza in Woy Woy on November 1.

The winner of the boat and tackle prize went to Mr Robert Dodds of Wyoming.

Coastal Patrol publicity officer Mr Richard Manning said: "The raffle was a great success again this year raising about one-third of the funds needed to meet ongoing expenses for the maintenance of marine rescue services on the Central Coast."
