Sleep soundly

If one person is in charge of all major developments in New South Wales, why bother with planners and electors?

Just get Mr Rudd to make the Minister officially the El Supremo of all development in New South Wales.

Then we can all sleep soundly in our beds, that is until the Land-Control Police come knocking on our doors at two o'clock in the morning, saying "we have an offer you can't refuse".
