Streets noted for speeding

Three Peninsula streets have been noted for speeding, with details being forwarded to the NSW Police Force for consideration of enhanced enforcement where practicable.

The streets were Alexandra St, Umina Beach; Kingsley Ave, Woy Woy and Flathead Rd, Ettalong Beach.

The NSW Police Force has asked that for future speed complaints, a standard letter requesting information on time, day, direction and description of speed offence be issued to the complainant, and this information be collated prior to, and made available for, the relevant Gosford Council traffic committee meeting.
