Council works
Gosford Council projects took place at Booker Bay, Daleys Point, Empire Bay, Ettalong, Ocean Beach and Umina Beach over the past week.
Works at Booker Bay involve the construction of a footpath on Orange Grove Rd.
At Daleys Point, sewer services are being relocated on Fishermans Parade, and retaining walls are being constructed.
Road reconstruction is also taking place.
The construction of a new playground on the Empire Bay foreshore is 95 per cent complete.
At Ettalong Oval, internal tiling and finishes are taking place in the new amenities block.
Rebuilding programs are taking place at both the Umina Beach and Ocean Beach Surf Club.
At Ocean Beach, council is pouring the ground floor slab.
At Umina Beach, foundation piering has recently been completed and the area is now forming up for the ground floor slab.
Road reconstruction is still taking place on Mt Ettalong Rd, Umina.
The construction of borefield pipelines is in progress across the Woy Woy Peninsula.
