Naturopath talks about hormones

Local naturopath Ms Christina Pirie will be holding seminars about hormones during February.

The seminars will be called Healthy Hormones Naturally and will cover advise on PMS, menopause, period problems, peri-menopause, fertility issues, male hormonal issues, hot flushes and other related topics.

The talks will be held at the Fragrant Philosophy, 165 Blackwall Rd, Woy Woy.

The cost of the seminar is a $2 gold coin donation which includes notes, supper, tea and coffee.

The seminars will be held on Friday, February 23, at 10.30am and Wednesday, February 28, at 7pm.
