Bob organises seniors match
Umina resident Bob Rook is the match organiser for an annual seniors cricket match to celebrate NSW Seniors Week, to be held at Adcock Park, West Gosford on Wednesday, March 17.
Possibly the Coast's best-known senior cricketer, Bob still participates in competition cricket each weekend at the age of 68.
Match organisers are inviting all seniors, 50 years and over, who wish to play to come along and enjoy a fun day of sport.
This game has become a regular part of the Central Coast Seniors Week program over the past five years.
This match, which includes lunch, is sponsored by NSW Department of Sport and Recreation.
All inquiries should be directed to Bob Hook on 4341 4515.
