New external stairs proposed for Ettalong Diggers
An application has been made to erect new external steel stairs to the first floor of the Ettalong Diggers club.
The stairs will "provide access from the existing car parking area".
According to the application prepared by the Le Motte Group: "The proposed external stair access shall be approximately 11.18 square metres and will have an apex height of 6.5 metres."
The steel construction will have a galvanized finish.
"The additions will be located in the north-western corner of the Ettalong Diggers Club, with a minimum setback of more than five metres to the nearest boundary."
The applicatoin is open for written submissions from the public.
The closing date for submissions has not been posted on the council website.
