Memory box session to be held at Woy Woy library
A session about creating a "memory box" will be held for people aged 50 and older at Woy Woy Library at 10am on Friday, March 15.
The memory boxes will be designed to help those living with dementia to recall people and events from the past by looking back at memories and keepsakes from their lives.
In the session, participants will have the opportunity to learn how to use a Cricut machine and to decorate a memory box.
All materials, including a list of suitable items to add to memory boxes, will be provided.
Bookings are essential and may be made at the library or by phone on 4304 7555.
The event is part of the NSW Seniors Festival program offered by Central Coast Council during March.
