Gosford Council planning development manager Mr Jim Davies said Multiplex's contractor was doing kerb widening works on Ocean View Rd and installed the wrong parking sign leading to confusion.

The works were agreed between the council and Multiplex as part of the Outrigger Resort development.

An extraordinary meeting of Umina Beach Bowling Club members on November 20 will determine if the club's land willl be sold and leased back from MC Holdings, headed by Patonga resident Mr Robert Osborne

Administrator Graham Campbell, of Ferrier Hodgson, told a meeting of creditors at the club on Monday that this was one of two viable offers, the other being to amalgamate with Merrylands RSL Club.
