No lawns, gardens or cars

Francis Sutton's inland sewerage scheme is starting to look good.

What couldn't we do with a vast reservoir of recycled water?

It's a damn shame that we haven't had any politicians with any foresight since Ben Chifley and Bill McKell.

That was over 50 years ago. No wonder we're in so much hot sand.

Perhaps we could follow Asia and put people in stilts, junks and houseboats, using salt water for everything except drinking.

No lawns, gardens, no cars.

This might be the way to go.
