Mr Hart's legacy
Administrator Hart has left the building and it's time to ask what was his greatest achievement?
Was it his last campaign when he espoused the value of reducing wards and councillor numbers to reduce costs?
This is akin to going on a world trip and focusing on ways to reduce toothpaste costs.
Did Mr Hart and all directors examine the council's huge budget and assets to identify waste?
All those who attended council meetings and observed electronically will know the answer, by the way meetings were conducted.
Directors will need to be retrained by the Minister for Local Government to comply with new meeting protocol or face suspension or sideways promotion, what is the cost of this action?
