Council seeks interest in Meals on Wheels building
Central Coast Council is seeking interest in leasing the building McMasters Ave, Woy Woy, currently used by Meals on Wheels.
"Central Coast Council invites expressions of interest from community organisations, training providers, businesses or individuals who provide services to the community, to submit their interest to lease the Yaringaa Community Building at 93 McMasters Rd, Woy Woy.
"Potential uses of the building include community group activities, head office for community group, central hub for multi-site organisation and other community based activities," the invitation stated.
"The leasable space comprises a large office-meeting room, kitchen, ample onsite parking for staff and customers, and two sub-leased areas which provide valuable services to the community."
