Residents oppose new sites at home park
The Empire Bay Resident Group is opposing a planning proposal that would see additional caravan sites at a local home park.
"The only option is to retain the current use of 68 permanent full-time sites for over-55 years residents," said group member Ms Kaye Lovie.
She said the planning proposal was a new characterisation and use of the land by Bayside Garden Lifestyle Village.
A new assessment of the whole property needed to be made, she said.
Public submissions may be made to Central Coast Council until November 11.
