Bridge club holds annual Teams of Three match
Eight teams participated in the Brisbane Water Bridge Club's annual Teams of Three competition on Thursday, June 9.
Teams of three players entered the competition who were teamed with an experienced player.
Each player had a match partnering the expert, providing "the opportunity for restricted and novice players to play with higher level company".
Team Johnson topped the podium with two good wins and a draw well clear of the others with a final score of 42 VPs.
There was a tense struggle for the other podium spots with Teams Foster S and Foster B having the same win-loss record and, in the final analysis, separated by only 0.04 VPs.
