Woy Woy suffers 133-nil rugby union defeat

Woy Woy suffered another major defeat during Round 15 of the Central Coast Rugby Union competition when they lost to Terrigal 133 points to nil.

Central Coast Rugby Union publicity officer Mr Larry Thomson said the win was the biggest point difference of the season, with Terrigal completely outplaying Woy Woy.

"Terrigal crossed for 21 tries in the match and Woy Woy simply had no answer.

"Jayden Woolley posted 27 personal points in the match, while winger Brent Merritt also crossed for four tries.

"It was a totally controlled performance and Terrigal are striking great form at the right time of the season," Mr Thomson said.
