Woy Woy wharf is greater priority
When I read that Council had recently spent close to $1.5m on a new wharf and boating ramp at Koolewong (Peninsula News edition 452), I asked myself: Is this the best use of ratepayers' money?
Surely, the renovation of the public wharf at Woy Woy warranted greater priority?
Maybe the construction of footpaths and kerbing, for 70 roads on the Peninsula would serve the public better?
There are so many problematic causes that need addressing before this construction at Koolewong which, I believe, will only be utilised by a few lucky boat owners.
