Roadwork on Empire Bay Dr
The NSW Government will fund roadwork on Empire Bay Dr, north of Yugari Cres at Daleys Point.
"Roads and Maritime Services will carry out maintenance activities and inspections of roadside embankments on the southbound roadside shoulder," said Member for Terrigal Mr Adam Crouch said.
"Work will begin on Wednesday, November 1, and, weather permitting, is expected to be completed in three weeks," Mr Crouch said.
"Work will occur between 7pm and 5am from Sunday to Thursday," he said.
The work will involve the use of machinery which may generate some noise.
"Every effort to minimise noise and lighting impacts will be taken, including carrying out the noisiest activities before 11pm, turning off machinery when not in, use and directing lights away from residences where possible."
To ensure the work zone is safe there will be some temporary traffic changes.
Lane closures will be in place and may affect travel times.
Drivers are advised to keep to the reduced speed limits and follow the direction of traffic controllers and signs.
