Bridge club holds congress

The Brisbane Water Bridge Club will hold a Super Congress on July 28 and 29 at the Peninsula Community Centre.

About 250 players from near and far are expected to attend the event.

Club publicity officer Ms Jenny Buckley said the club planned to put on a friendly yet competitive weekend and visitors could share in delicious homemade morning and afternoon tea while they caught up with friends from other clubs.

There will be an Open Section and a Restricted Section for those with less than 300 MP each.

Play will commence at 10am each day.
