Council works

Gosford Council will undertake drainage works over the next two weeks in West St, Umina, to fix a flooding issue over the main pedestrian crossing.

Gosford Council maintenance coordinator Mr Mark Smith said a section of gutter that held water would be removed

Mr Smith said Council was relying on the correct grade so that the water drained to an inlet pit.

Minimal interruption to traffic or pedestrians is expected.
