Whale watch cruises planned

Whale watching cruises out of Ettalong are planned for June and July.

Members of the public will have the opportunity to take part in the north migration of whales over the next two months on a Fantasea Adventure Cruise.

"There were quite a few disappointed callers who missed out on the cruises in 2008, as they became fully booked very quickly," Central Coast Visitor Centre sales and information supervisor Ms Jacqui Greaves said.

"We are expecting these cruises to sell fast again."

Ms Greaves said cruises departed Palm Beach Wharf at 8.30am with a pick up at Ettalong Beach Wharf from 9.30am.

The cruise returns to Ettalong at 12pm followed by Palm Beach at 12.30pm.

Afternoon cruises will also be available on selected dates in June and July departing Palm Beach at 1.30pm.
