Trackwork affects night travellers

Late night travellers on their way to and from Central from Woy Woy train station will be affected by track work taking place this week.

The Newcastle to Central Coast line will be affected from 11:15pm to 3am each day from Monday, June 27, to Friday, July 1.

Passengers are advised to allow additional travel time as trains will operate to an amended timetable via the North Shore Line.

Trains on platform 16 will depart from Central 14 minutes later than the normal timetable, the 1.45am Central to Gosford service will depart Central 27 minutes later than the normal timetable and the 9.40pm Newcastle to Central service will arrive at Central 55 minutes later than the normal timetable.
