Touch team makes top 20

Brisbane Water Secondary College Woy Woy campus open girls touch football team has made it through to the top 20 in the State and will now play Wagga Wagga High School at the end of July.

The girls played five games on Wednesday, May 18, at Adcock Park, contesting Pittwater first with an easy win of 10-1.

The girls then played Lisarow and won 8-nil followed by a one-all draw to Tuggerah Lakes Secondary College and a 5-1 win against Gosford.

The girls then played Tuggerah Lakes Secondary College for a second time in the final but were beaten 2-3.
