Councils act for locals
Matthew Wales states that "Councils don't always act in State interests" (Peninsula News, April 18).
This makes me wonder in whose interests he acts, given he operates the planning consultancy which supported the Tesrol application.
Local councils represent and act in the interests of locals.
That is their charter.
