Another two 'for the Peninsula'
The Grow Urban Shade Trees group has planted another two trees "for the Peninsula".
Lesley Deighton and Debbie Sunartha took the opportunity between rain showers to plant an angophora hispida and metrosideros thomasii to provide habitat for birds.
"They are only small this time but fast growers especially with a forecast of more rain mixed with sunshine," said Ms Sunartha.
"The resident is very happy and looking forward to watching these grow and, in time, provide shade on his verge."
