Open day has family activities

An aged care facility in Umina is holding a Community Open Day on October 12.

Peninsula Village will be open from 10:30am to 3pm on the day with a number of free family activities scheduled to take place across the village grounds.

"This free event is a fun day for the whole family, with face painting, a jumping castle, barbecue, belly dancing, and musical entertainment," said Village chief executive Mr Shane Neaves.
