Will quarterly bills disguise water price rises?

Central Coast Council will introduce quarterly water bills from July 1.

I think this is a sneaky way of the Council to raise the cost of water by introducing quarterly bills.

It might be cheap at first but gradually they will rise.

I remember when our phone bills were six monthly then reduced to quarterly and now monthly.

It was done to increase revenue so people would not notice and I believe it will be the same with the quarterly water bill.

If you have trouble paying, you can apply for an extension.

I don't remember Central Coast Council sending out a letter informing us about this or asking our thoughts.
