Car crashes into Umina shopfront
Injury was avoided at Umina on July 7 when a vehicle crashed into the front of a supermarket.
The incident occurred at around 2pm with the car, driven by an "elderly female", mounting the footpath before crashing into the glass shopfront of the Coles supermarket.
According to Brisbane Water Police District duty officer Sergeant Ben Parle, neither the driver or any pedestrians were injured and the driver was not taken to hospital.
He said the cause of the incident was not known
He said attending police did not investigate it as the incident was classified as a "minor accident".
