AFL team in State knockout
A team of 18 boys from Umina Beach Public School will be representing Umina in the AFL State Knockout.
They will travel to Bateau Bay Sports Facility on June 5 and will play three games on the day.
The first game is against Copacabana Public School.
If they win, they will then have the chance to play two more games on the day, if they win both they will be the winner from the Central Coast and will progress to play the winner from another area of the State later in the term.
"The boys have been training since late term one," said coach Mr Greg Buist.
"Win or lose I am confident the boys will represent our school proudly."
