Wicks starts roads petition

Federal Member for Robertson, Ms Lucy Wicks, has invited residents to sign a petition and provide information about the state of their street.

Ms Wicks said she was also encouraging residents who believed their road needed attention to encourage neighbours to sign the petition also.

She said she had delivered on promises made in the 2016 federal election campaign and was ready to push Central Coast Council to take responsibility for local roads.

"I keep hearing about the poor state of our local roads," she said.

"Now my commitment is to fight for more funding."

The petition asks residents to outline why their street needs to be fixed.

It is available online at lbr.al/lwrs.
