Community forum needed - without developers
Woy Woy Peninsula is essentially an island with residents needing to be more aware of planning issues and the repercussions of bad decisions.
Ian Reynolds believes that the Coast can accommodate an extra 75,000 residents and continue to "maintain the enviable lifestyle."
But he has failed to announce where the 75,000 new residents will be living.
This increase could mean an additional 75,000 residents using local beaches.
It will be chaos if the Peninsula is to accommodate another 75,000 residents.
There should be a community forum so that Ian Reynolds can explain how local and state governments intend to maintain "the enviable Coast lifestyle".
This forum should be held urgently, without developers.
