Fish and chip entries wanted

Fish and chip lovers have been urged by the Member for Robertson to vote for the best fish and chips in Australia.

Ms Lucy Wicks said she was looking forward to a fish and chips shop across the electorate of Robertson being named among the nation's best in the 2017 Australian Fish and Chip Awards.

"Eating fish and chips is an iconic Australian experience, and it's happening at kitchen tables and on picnic rugs right now, especially during these school holidays," Ms Wicks said.

There are two categories: People's Choice and The National Fish and Chip Award.

Entries will be rated on taste, service, choice, and information and labelling.

The winner will be announced on September 28 at the National Seafood Industry Awards in Sydney.
