Little athletes do well at zone championships

Woy Woy Little Athletics has had a high qualification rate at the Central Coast Zone Championship.

Of the 83 athletes who competed, 65 qualified for the Regional Championships, the second highest number of regional qualifiers from Central Coast Zone.

Standout for the group was Leisel Collins from the under-12 Girls who broke the zone javelin record.

Javelin proved the group's most successful event with Woy Woy Little Athletics taking out all three spots on the podium in the event.
