Top ATAR result in HSC

Brisbane Water Secondary College's Woy Woy campus has celebrated the achievement of its top ATAR recipient in the 2016 Higher School Certificate.

Jemma Kowalczyk's achieved the college's highest ATAR of 91.4.

Principal Mr David Allomes said along with Jemma's ATAR score of 91.4, the school had also had a lot of students receiving ATAR's in the 80s.

"I attribute this success to the hard work of the students and the teachers.

"We have had teachers on site on weekends and in holidays working towards results like these," Mr Allomes said.
