First school excursion for kindergarten
Umina Public School Kindergarten students attended their first school excursion on Wednesday, April 3.
Due to the rain, students watched a DVD and enjoyed a sausage sizzle as part of the Fun Day as all outside activities were postponed,
Students were, however, able to participate in outside activities on Monday, April 8, when they walked to the caravan park and played on park's the jumping pillow and climbing equipment.
"We also enjoyed a tractor around the park and went to the big barn to complete art and craft activities," said excursion coordinator Ms Laura Vella.
"The children summed up the day as 'fun, cool and exhausting'," said Ms Vella.
