Ms Marijka Ward has been named Ettalong Public School's new school learning support officer.

She had worked in the position for most of this year.

"Marijka is a very dedicated and diligent school learning support officer who has always made a 100 per cent effort in all she does and is very deserving of this permanent position," said principal Ms Colin Wallis.
