From Woy Woy to Walgett

Six girls and five boys from Woy Woy Public School in Years 5 and 6 attended a cultural exchange excursion in Walgett earlier this month.

They met with students and adults from other schools in the Gosford area, Lightening Ridge and Walgett and participated in a wide range of experiences.

"The football players and netball players all demonstrated great sportsmanship and commitment to their teams," said teacher Ms Nerida Ceaser.

"They were excellent ambassadors for themselves, their families, our school and the community," she said.
