New business goes to the dogs

A new business catering to dogs has been opened by Umina woman Ms Tyra Sammon.

The Happy Dog offers premium dog walking and dog minding services.

Ms Sammon said she was a genuine dog lover who was passionate about seeing dogs healthy and happy.

"The Happy Dog minding service ensures that next time you take a luxury weekend break, your dog can have a luxury weekend break too, without having to leave the safety and comfort of home," said Ms Sammon.

The minding service can include gourmet treats, leisurely strolls and a special Sunday breakfast.

The Happy Dog also offers a wide range of healthy dog meals portioned to suit a dog's individual needs, according to Ms Sammon.

The business offered "a range of services and activities including local area walks, scenic location walks, meals, playtime visits and even massage to build a complete lifestyle package that suits the dog's personality and budget," said Ms Sammon.

"I've never met a dog I didn't love," she said.
