Pandering to the interests of faceless developers

I do not pay rates so Gosford Council can pander to developers.

My own rights have been trashed by Council for decades.

The contempt Council has shown for Umina peaked when it tried to bung on a special business rate which would have had 340 commercial property owners paying close to $12 million over 15 years.

Main street businesses in Umina need to have rear lane access to separate delivery access from shop fronts.

Council's ineptitude has damaged Umina and pandering to the interest of faceless developers can only make matters worse.
