Nature tours planned
A number of nature tours have been planned for the Christmas school holidays.
Australian Seabird Rescue will lead a Sea Bird Walk along the Woy Woy foreshore on Sunday, January 17.
For a gold coin donation, the walk aims to teach participants about sea birds in their natural habitat.
The Ocean and Coastal Care Initiative will also hold local walks.
Jeannie Lawson will lead the first, an Eco Walk starting at 2pm from Woy Woy wharf on Monday, January 18.
The hour-long walk will look at the natural history of the waterfront for a gold coin donation.
The second walk, a Rock Pool Walk, has been organised at Pearl Beach from 4.30pm.
The two-hour walk is $4 per person.
